Stern rails are good for safety and to free up space on your duckboard. They can be made to be removable or fixed. They can be set up to hold BBQ, bait board, rods, outboard motor and poles for euro shade or umbrella. They are made with 50mm external frame and 32mm sub-frame with 20mm P.V.C. deck, which will never rot. Also painted with 2 pak non-skid for extra grip.
